Today was a good day for my 500m row it took me 2.20 minutes and for the alternate with a partner I did 420 raps in 20 minutes

Day 5
Felt like I really pushed my self today I pushed my self harder by using less support doing pull ups using a little heavier weights for my strength work out. Also for my 500m row my time was a bit under half of my 1000m. Next for my biking work my pulse was 179bpm

Today was a good day I was fun lifting the heavier weights and doing focusing on one thing today was legs for me and I felt like I went my fullest! Also for my 1000m row it took me 4min and 50sec in the end I feel great

Today was a good day I felt I was going as full as I could I had some struggles with the heavier waits on my shoulders. During my 5 minutes of cardio I picked the rower and my heart rate was 180bpm
