Day 23

Day 21

Day 20
Today my strength was lower and I added more weight to all the exercises!! Today I felt great I had lots of energy!! For our end workout we did an 20min amprep I pushed myself and made sure I did all the exercises probably and slowly!!
Day 19
Today I did lower for my strength and I really made sure I was doing everything right and properly. The end workout wasn’t too hard it was more fun because I like ab workouts and we did lots of those! I felt like I pushed my self and did the workout to the last second!
Day 18
Today my head hurt a lot but I pushed through it and did all my strength I did lower I was able to do all my deadlifts!! My end workout out was hard but not bad we had to do a certain amount of reps in a certain about of time. I pushed through itContinue reading “Day 18”
Day 11
Today I didn’t have a lot of energy but I still pushed through it today we did cleans for 50% 70 % 75% 80% and after that I felt better I pushed through the rest of the workout and the end workout out I used a bit heavier weights then yesterday!!
