Day 29

Today was the deck of cards exercise I found this every fun and is exercise I think I’m gonna also do on my own time!! It got my heart rate up and was fun too I have most equipment at home so that’s good I also added and 10 minute jog on my treadmill at a mid jog speed!!

Day 25

Today was leg day and the only thing that was difficult was when I Bent my left knee it’s been hurt for the whole week but other then that I really pushed my self and got everything done! For the end workout today felt really good because I like working on my arms and it was a lot of arm workouts and I love running and their was running involved so that’s good!! Today was a good day

Day 24

Today was good I had a huge headache but I pushed through it, my strength was push today and I found my weights for my push press are getting easier for me! I ups the weight on all my other strength activities. Our end workout was dirty thirty and it was hard but I got through all the reps and 90 extra skips and 30 KB swings!!

Day 23

Today my strength exercises were lower and the % went up but I pushed through and I can feel myself getting stronger!! Our end workout was hard but I did all the reps and an extra 60 skips and 30 lunges!! I felt good when the workout was done my head hurt a bit but everything else was good!!

Day 22

Today my strength was upper and ever though my bench press was hard I pushed throw it and did all the reps. Our end workout was 2 minute amprep of 7 pull ups 5 goblet squats 10 kettle bell swings. Then a 1 minute rest and 2 minute ampreps of clean and jerk! I pushed through it and even though it was hard I did it and Now I feel good!!
