I really liked this workout in class as well. It more fun with others but almost easier by yourself!! It got my heart going I really enjoy harder exercises it makes me push myself more!!
Day 38
Super 8 exercise I enjoyed this workout it was fun!! This took me around 34 minutes I took my time took breaks made sure I was doing all the exercises correctly!! It got my heart pumping and I’m definitely adding this workout to my workout book!!
Day 37
Deck of cards exercise hearts= burpees diamonds = push-ups spades= squats clubs = Mountain climbers Face cards= push press 10 pound weights this exercise took me 30 minutes I took my time!!! Got my heart pumping
Day 36
Today was a good day I felt like just staying in bed but I said no this is my chance to really push myself and change what I want to change to make my routine better. For today’s workout I had trouble with Counting the time In between the exercises but I made it work. I got my heart rate up! For the goblet squats I used a 8pound medicine ball!!
Day 35
Today I did yoga with my mom and her friends on there zoom call! Yoga is actually really hard but in the end it’s worth it feeling clam and relaxed! I enjoy yoga and will most likely start doing it on my own time!!
Day 34
Today was a good day I got up and was excited for my workout! My 8 exercises were burpees, goblet squats, DB push press, shoulder fly, high knees, mountain climbers, Russian twists. This is again like the group work outs we do which I love so I really liked today’s workout. Got my heart going and made we sweat!
Day 33
Today I felt lazy but still got out of bed to do this exercise, it took me 40 minutes because I took my time I like longer exercises anyways so it was good. I love workouts that effect your full body and get your heart pumping! So This was a fun and not to difficult exercise for me and I’ll definitely do it again
Day 32
1. Russian twist 2. Push ups 3. DB push press 4. Sit ups 5. Mountain climbers 6. Burpees 7. High knees 8. Squats 9. Sit down stand up 10. Lunges with weights of 10 11. Leg raises 12. Bicep curls I actually enjoyed this exercise because I got to pick what exercises to do I tried to pick lots of different ones. I felt stronger after this and I felt way better it got my heart rate up and made we sweat!
Day 31
Today for the “body weight fight gone bad” I chose push ups, mountain climbers, Russian twist, squats, and sit ups, I didn’t really understand this exercise so I did it the way I thought it was, it made me out of breath but made me get a good sweat going. I felt really good after this exercise and I would definitely do it again!!
Day 30
Today I was feeling lazy but I still made myself get up and do my workout I pushed myself full out and made sure I was doing the workouts right!! I found This workout like the ones we do all together in class and I really enjoy those because it keeps you moving. I got my heart rate up and my tricep dips are getting better and I’m feeling my confident with doing them!!
