Day 16
Today was a good day we did our strength and i think I did good I’m getting better at doing the exercises properly. We ended the day with yoga it was nice and relaxing a great way to end the day!
Day 15
Today we did 10 50% 5 75% 3 80% 1 85% of my max for squats, and 3x 10reps for legs. Then for our workout I am in group B and I did all of the work out plus 2x 10 I felt good today I pushed myself and I’m happy with what I did!

Today my head hurt and while doing the strength workout it hurt more but I pushed through it!! My strength exercise was good felt good!! The end workout was good very hard but I pushed myself through it!! I feel better as a people my body feels great
Day 9
Today we upped the % one deadlifts and it I thought it was going to bed harder but I pushed myself and I did it!! The ended workout I did my cleans with with 45 bar instead of the 25!! And we had to fun and I went my fullest

I really pushed myself today and in the end me and Jessie got first girls for the end work! For my strength I added 2 pounds!! And I did it

Today I was feeling great had lots of energy to go full out the strength was good really pushed my self to go full out. For the end workout I ended up with 450 reps It felt great!
Day 6
Today was a good day for my 500m row it took me 2.20 minutes and for the alternate with a partner I did 420 raps in 20 minutes
