Day 22

Today my strength was upper and ever though my bench press was hard I pushed throw it and did all the reps. Our end workout was 2 minute amprep of 7 pull ups 5 goblet squats 10 kettle bell swings. Then a 1 minute rest and 2 minute ampreps of clean and jerk! I pushed through it and even though it was hard I did it and Now I feel good!!
